The State of Texas has amended the Texas Property Code, Chapter 209, which applies to HOAs, with Senate Bill 1588.  Wherever the recorded Bylaws, Restrictions and Amendments of Hide-A-Way Bay Lake Palestine, Inc. are superseded by the amendments of Senate Bill 1588, Texas Senate Bill 1588 shall apply.
