We are very proud of our association and have very few restrictions or by-laws that all of us have agreed to and that all of us follow for the good of the neighborhood. 

Please take the time to read and understand these restrictions and if there are any questions, do not hesitate to call any board member with your questions or concerns. 

We would like to emphasize several items found in the by-laws. If you are planning any construction or remodeling to a completed residence we ask that you submit the plans to the board for approval. If constructing a new home, the same request applies. 

As an association, we are committed to keeping the area as natural as possible and you will find that we require prior approval before any trees are removed. 

If you have purchased a lakefront lot, the Upper Neches River Authority requires prior approval of any pier construction. It also requires prior approval of any major tree removal. This is basically any trees below the 355 ft. elevation line. If in doubt, give them a call. They are very cooperative.
